    • 2021-present: Board Member and Chair, Programming and Communications Committee: inclusive of planning monthly member webinars, Art House Theater Day, AHC Visiting Members Program, website redesign, programming fellowships, promotional program partnerships, and annual conference programming

    • Principal Investigator and Project Lead, annual Art House Industry Landscape Survey

    • Lead Liaison and AHC Contributor to US Independent Film Audience and Landscape Survey (Keri Putnam, Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy at Harvard University)

  • Presenter and Trainer, CICAE Arthouse Cinema Training (2024-present)

    • The Arthouse Cinema Training is a one week intensive program that brings together arthouse professionals from around to world to gain in-depth insight into the management of a movie theater

    • In addition to serving as a tutor for the training, Dr. Kozma also presents the session “Creating Belonging and Inclusion at Community Arts Organizations”
